Alessia Mistretta
PhD (XXXV Cycle)
Alessia Mistretta graduated from Genoa Law School with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude and publication recommended with a dissertation of research entitled “The new regulation on European financial markets: product intervention and role of supervisory Authorities”. In December 2022 she was admitted as a lawyer. In July 2023 she obtained her Ph.D. with a dissertation on Product intervention on financial and insurance markets (original title “La product intervention nei mercati finanziari e assicurativi").
Her main research interest is the European Union financial and insurance markets regulation.

Thea Romanò
PhD (XXXV Cycle)
Thea Romanò graduated from Genoa Law School in 2019 with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude. In September 2021 she was admitted as a lawyer. In July 2023 she obtained her Ph.D. with a dissertation on sustainable finance (original title "La responsabilità da greenwashing finanziario dopo il Regolamento (UE) 2019/2088 sulla trasparenza in materia di sostenibilità").
Her research interests range from all commercial law, in particular insurance law, notary commercial law and sustainability law.

Filippo Maria Turci
PhD Student (XXXVI Cycle)
Filippo Maria Turci graduated from Genoa Law School in 2019 with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude, and a recommendation of publication. Starting in September 2019, he was an intern at Borsa Italiana’s Regulatory Affairs department for a year. His research activity is mainly focused on capital markets regulation, sustainable finance, fintech and market abuse.

As a Ph.D. Student at University of Genoa and at University School for Advanced Study of Pavia, her research activity is mainly focused on sustainable finance, climate change, capital markets regulation and corporate governance.

Francesca Palazzini graduated in law at LUISS University in 2021 with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude. The core of her research project is European regulatory framework for sustainable finance, ESG information and fintech.

As a Ph.D. Student at University of Genoa, she is conducting research in Financial Market Regulation and Sustainability.

Luisa Nenci
PhD Student (XXXVII Cycle)
Luisa Nenci undertook her Master of Science on Environmental Management and Development at the Australian National University and graduated in Economics from Perugia University with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude. She is a long term practitioner experienced on Green, Sustainable and Climate Finance working globally for public and private institutions .
As a PhD. Student she is conducting research in European Union financial markets regulation, sustainability preferences evaluation, digital finance and women's access to finance.

Chiara Valenti
PhD Student (XXXVII Cycle)
Chiara Valenti graduated in Economics and Financial Institutions at University of Genoa with a final grade of 110/110.
As a Ph.D. Student at University of Genoa and at University School for Advanced Study of Pavia, she is conducting research on the regulation of sustainable finance in Europe, with particular attention to SMEs and other issues such as investor protection, ESG ratings and technology.

Iunio Giraudo

Iunio Giraudo graduated in law at University of Genoa in 2023, with a final grade of 110/110 cum laude and a dissertation on inside information and sustainability. His main research interests are corporate governance, financial markets law and sustainable finance. The core of his research project is sustainable corporate reporting.
